ClubManager.ie - Online Court Bookings, Leagues and Ladders.

ClubManager.ie is a web based system used to manage sports clubs, court bookings, leagues, ladders and player bases. We specialize in racquet sports, capturing all the activity at your club and bringing it to you online.

Why Online?

Club notice boards are no longer the best place to display your clubs frequently changing information. Emails and spreadsheets generally do not scale well nor offer enough flexibility. Players want easy access to up-to-date results, tables, ladders. They want the ability to book a court at any time, from anywhere, unrestricted by physical proximity to the club itself.

Have you ever seen that all courts are full for the time you wanted to play? Perhaps you noticed later that somebody cancelled, but by the time you found out it was too late?

We've added a court watcher, which provides you with a simple notification service. If you are watching a court slot, and any court is canceled at that time, you will get an email immediately.

  • Click on a player name in the positions or results to show their contact details.
  • Results broken into sections for easier navigation.
  • Auto-scroll to your results when you hover over you box positions.
  • Faster than ever before.
Booking Windows: In most booking systems, the booking window for the next available day slides into view at midnight. For busy clubs this means players competing for court bookings at an unsociable time, or missing out on the peak time court slots.

There are 2 new options:
1) The club can specify a more acceptable time for the next bookable day to become available,
2) The club can have a sliding window that kicks in on a per court slot basis. The booking window slides with each court slot. e.g. at 5pm the 5pm court in 7 days time becomes available to book, but the 6pm court that day remains unavailable.


Even More Flexibility: Clubs now have the option to build up their calendars by combining multiple smaller court slots into a single booking. This gives you all the flexibility of the smaller slots, with the all the display and admin benefits of the larger booking slots (e.g. combine 4 x 30 min slots to create a 2 hour booking, with just 1 confirmation email per player).
